Job Summary

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. You will work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Perform any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, perform maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay rate of $17/hour + $0.50 night shift differential.
• Opportunity to work on a special project for approximately 4 months, loading parts into a tray that will be fed into a robot/machine to inspect parts.
• Potential to move into a true Assembler role after completing the special project, if performing well and meeting expectations.

Work Schedule

• Rotation days/hours: 6pm - 6am, with workdays on Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday, Thursday, and workdays on Friday through Sunday. The next week, the opposite schedule will apply.

Pay Rate

$17/hour + $0.50 night shift differential.
