Primary Dental Care Associate

We are seeking an Primary Dental Care Associate to join our team at Sonrava Health. As a Primary Dental Care Associate, you will work closely with our oral surgeons to deliver exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and providing excellent patient care.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel to various locations within the state.
Job Description:- Assist the Oral Surgeon during patient treatment, anticipating their needs and preparing for next steps.
- Maintain proper patient treatment records and ensure compliance with OSHA, Dental Board, and WDS policies and procedures.
- Provide pre and post-operative instructions, as well as oral hygiene instructions to patients, within designated limits.
- Stock supplies, inform supervisors of supply needs, and report broken or malfunctioning equipment.
- Perform duties of a sterilizer as needed and build good rapport with patients and staff.
