For this role, we are seeking a qualified X-ray mammography specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammographic images and providing excellent patient care.

Salary Information

">

The hourly range for this role is $32.68 to $61.13 per hour. Pay is based on factors such as location, education, work experience, certifications, and other qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Perform quality patient care and mammographic images for successful diagnostic of patients for radiologists.">
  • Create a tranquil environment for patients to adhere to examination instructions.">
  • Identify anatomical orientation on all required images and assure proper file identification.">
  • Demonstrate competency in performing all mammographic procedures and operating related equipment.">
  • Greet patients, obtain history, and enter information into computer systems.">
  • Maintain logs and process paperwork for biopsies.">
  • Utilize sterile techniques to prevent contamination.">
  • Maintain quality standards regarding HIPAA regulations.">
  • Cleanliness of examination rooms and stocking necessary medical supplies.">
  • Assist in completing accreditation processes and maintaining CPR certification.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • High school diploma or equivalent.">
  • ARRT (M) certified.">
  • Demonstrated ability to use departmental computerized systems.">
  • PREFERRED: Associate degree or Baccalaureate degree in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine.">
  • PREFERRED: 1+ years of experience as a general radiologic technologist.">
