Key Responsibilities- Program Leadership: Oversee the SHOW program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to unsheltered individuals.
- Medical Direction: Provide medical direction to the SHOW team, ensuring compliance with NYC Health + Hospitals' standards and protocols.
- Community Engagement: Engage with patients, community partners, and stakeholders to promote the SHOW program and its services.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health to implement quality improvement initiatives and enhance patient outcomes.
- Education and Training: Participate in scholarly activities, including teaching medical students and residents, and provide educational opportunities for the SHOW team.
- Board Certification: Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- X-Waiver: X-waiver for prescribing buprenorphine or willingness to obtain one.
