Medical Director for Primary Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Primary Care to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our adult primary care practice, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving clinical innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Manage and allocate resources to optimize practice efficiency and productivity
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in primary care leadership or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
