Key Responsibilities- Underwrite and actively pursue new and renewal business, ensuring that our customers receive the right amount of coverage they need to pursue their unique interests.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to develop and maintain solid relationships, driving business growth and revenue.
- Utilize analytical skills to think critically about business problems, make recommendations, and propose solutions that drive business results.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 4+ years of Medical Malpractice, E&O, and/or Excess underwriting experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think analytically about business problems, make recommendations, and propose solutions.
- High energy self-starter, who is resilient and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills.
- Goal-oriented and delivers outcomes.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and compete to win.
- Superior technical knowledge and sound decision-making and analytical skills.
- A competitive annualized base pay range of $96,560 - $182,640.
