Customer Experience Specialist

At Crash Champions Collision Repair, we're seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner. This includes cleaning the workspace, which serves as the first point of contact for our customers. Additionally, you will effectively manage all incoming phone calls and interactions.
