Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized assessments to identify the therapy needs of pediatric patients.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to create and implement effective treatment plans in accordance with physician directives.
- Deliver in-home therapy services to pediatric patients with a diverse range of diagnoses.
- Maintain regular communication with patients' families, providing updates on their child's progress and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy professionals, physicians, and nursing staff, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Ensure meticulous documentation that accurately reflects the care provided and communicates any changes in treatment plans to the healthcare team.
- Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and collaboratively refine treatment strategies.

Requirements:
- A valid Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Texas
