Timely reporting of critical incidents and documentation of client interactions are vital aspects of this role. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the facility, administering medication (if certified), and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience of at least one year working with children.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Successful completion of required screenings and background checks.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Training in Mandt and CPR will be provided during the onboarding process.
