Job Title: Residential Therapist

At Saint Francis Community Services, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team.

**Job Summary:**
As a Residential Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders in a residential setting.

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage in therapeutic activities with the youth
- Participate in the multidisciplinary treatment team and attend treatment team meetings
- Complete identified assessments and develop treatment plans with the youth and their families
- Assist in identifying discharge placement and aftercare services
- Report critical and unusual incidents to Risk Management

**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Licensed certified in the following: LCMFT, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LSCSW
