Summary


The Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the complete recruitment cycle to attract and engage both technical and non-technical students.

The roles to be filled encompass various full-time, internship, and co-op positions across the organization and nationwide. The targeted candidates include undergraduates, MBA, MS, and PhD students in engineering and other relevant fields.

Responsibilities

The Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist will be tasked with:

• Promoting the organization as a preferred employer at selected local and regional educational institutions
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for specific hiring requirements within designated business units
• Sourcing and developing candidate/student pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles
• Coordinating phone screenings and virtual interviews
• Participating in campus events and tech discussions at targeted universities
• Establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements, collaborating with them throughout the selection and hiring process
• Working closely with the HR Global Services team during the post-offer acceptance phase through to onboarding
• Performing additional recruitment-related tasks as necessary

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Campus Recruiting and familiarity with internship and co-op programs

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• Experience working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the capacity to influence

Desirable Skills

• At least 1 year of experience recruiting engineering students, particularly in electrical engineering

• Familiarity with technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware sectors

• Experience in recruiting graduate-level candidates (MBA, MS, PhD)

• Proficiency with Handshake or similar campus recruiting platforms

• Experience working with international students and understanding the CPT/OPT sponsorship process.
