Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business leaders and employees, driving business results, and delivering measurable goals.

• Develop and implement HR policies and programs to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees on performance management, recruitment, and talent development.
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive staffing plans and improve employee relations.
• Design and implement cultural initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
• Partner with Learning & Development Academy leaders to develop and implement training programs.

• Core knowledge of HR fundamentals and ability to collaborate with all areas within HR.
• Strong business acumen, project management, and technical proficiency in workplace technology and systems.
• Demonstrable track record of communicating effectively with senior leadership and other key customers through data and insights.
• Excellent planning skills and ability to work consistently within established guidelines.
