Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Pediatric Surgeon and Director of Pediatric Trauma Program to join our team at VCU Health - MCV Physicians. The successful candidate will lead the pediatric trauma program, conduct research, teach, and provide clinical services in general pediatric surgery.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leveraging expertise in pediatric surgery to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Mentoring and teaching undergraduate and graduate students in pediatric surgery
- Participating in departmental and university committees to shape policy and direction
Essential Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in general surgery and pediatric surgery
- Completion of ACGME-approved fellowship in pediatric surgery
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
