Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at TradeWinds Island Resort. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a busy Front Office team. They will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and that their stay with us is nothing short of outstanding.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be the face of our resort and will play a key role in setting the tone for our guests' experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the Front Desk operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all guests receive excellent service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be familiar with hotel operations and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk operations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Oversee the performance of the Front Office team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Recreation, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and systems, including PMS software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
