Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at Wayne KinderCare. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young students, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging environment that encourages learning and exploration
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the success of your center, working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
