The Courtyard Chesapeake Greenbrier Va. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager Front Desk to join our team in Chesapeake, VA.
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front desk operations to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and quality service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coach and train front desk staff members to enhance their performance and address issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest interactions and feedback.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills who can motivate and inspire our front desk team.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
