About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead front desk operations to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and quality service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coach and train front desk staff members to enhance their performance and address issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest interactions and feedback.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills who can motivate and inspire our front desk team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
