Job Overview

The role involves managing a designated territory with a focus on collaborating with distributors that provide innovative solutions aimed at alleviating the challenges faced by healthcare professionals due to the opioid crisis, diminishing reimbursements, and rising operational costs. This includes offering alternative therapies to opioids, access to prevention tools, and ancillary revenue initiatives aligned with the mission to combat substance abuse.

This position requires engaging in outside sales, as well as office-based interactions with private practices and employed physicians to cultivate new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients. The Territory Manager will oversee activities within the offices of existing clients to implement various medical programs, enhance patient education, and provide staff training.

Target physician offices may encompass Orthopedic and Pain Management clinics, Physical Therapy centers, Chiropractic practices, and Addiction Treatment facilities, among other medical call points.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional customer service skills, accountability, and a high capacity for stress management. A collaborative team player with leadership qualities is essential, as is the ability to work independently.

Requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Residence in or near a major metropolitan area with convenient access to an airport.
