Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Kansas City, Kansas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that promote independence and functional ability in our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Assess patient conditions and notify the occupational therapist of any changes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote independence and functional ability in patients.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper use of equipment and techniques.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Kansas.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in a home health care setting.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
