Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discussions with clients to ensure clarity on the capabilities of the Cayuse Research Platform
  • Craft integration strategies and offer technical direction to project teams
  • Generate specifications for interfacing solutions with ERP, CRM, and various systems
  • Provide expertise on API tools and scripts, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to clients
  • Work alongside Product Management to resolve technical challenges and propose enhancements
  • Assist clients in data migration and the implementation of integrations with technical support

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing software implementation roles
  • Proficiency in Batch and API integrations, web services, and data modeling
  • Experience with systems/database management and scripting
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Informatica and MuleSoft is advantageous
  • Technical background in ERP implementation projects and API tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with strong communication abilities
