Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Encore Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for our clients, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and vendor quotes. You will also work closely with our sales team to develop technology solutions and project schedules as part of our proposal responses.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Responsibilities
  • Review drawings for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and understand specifications and maintain compliance.
  • Support preconstruction managers with solution selling into prospect account bases.
  • Work closely with vendors to obtain best solutions, most competitive prices, and proper lead times on materials.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of two years' experience in the technology trade, preferably with a career path for growth and development within Encore Electric. A degree in a related field or attendance/completion in a technology curriculum is preferred. AVIXA/BICSI or manufacturer certifications are a plus, as are skills in conceptual estimating, acting as a self-starter, working with little supervision, visualizing constructability, identifying scope gaps, and technical writing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt to new and changing requirements, environments, and information.
