Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in critical care nursing
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Virginia
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
