Maintenance Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team in producing high-quality products. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities.

• Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects
• Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance team members

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership and management
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
