About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Spectrum Center Schools and Programs. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing speech therapy services to designated students, working closely with educators and parents to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop individualized speech therapy programs for each student, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Implement and monitor speech therapy sessions, using evidence-based strategies and techniques to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Write and update treatment plans, progress reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other team meetings to ensure student progress and goals are met.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educators.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and new initiatives.
