Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Wise Staffing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough turnover maintenance tasks to prepare apartments for new tenants.
  • Perform electrical repairs and replacements, including wiring repairs and switch replacements.
  • Address minor electrical issues and perform painting tasks to refresh apartment interiors.
  • Conduct general cleanup and maintenance to ensure apartments are in good condition.
  • Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
  • Complete work orders promptly and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with property management and residents regarding maintenance issues.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and basic repair techniques is essential.
  • Ability to perform painting and minor plumbing tasks is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively is necessary.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team are essential.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor is required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
