• Welcome guests upon arrival.
• Prepare and cook all menu items in accordance with brand and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and food orders on a biweekly basis.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining areas.
• Cook meals to meet guest preferences and specifications.
• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction with both food and service.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints effectively.
• Stay informed about the rotating menu offerings.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and regulations.
• Deliver outstanding guest service consistently.
• Report any maintenance issues with kitchen equipment to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Capable of performing high-quality work independently.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food as needed.
• Willingness to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
• Experience in a busy restaurant setting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety policies and regulations is essential.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
• Additional restaurant or hotel experience is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Physical capability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
