Job Summary

As a Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC. You will work under the direction of our experienced crew foremen and be expected to perform a range of tasks, including:

  • Installation of new roofing systems
  • Maintenance and repair of existing roofing systems
  • Inspection and testing of roofing systems
  • Collaboration with crew members to ensure efficient and safe work practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial roofing experience, with a preference for those with a background in EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing systems
  • The ability to lift 25+ pounds regularly and 50+ pounds occasionally
  • The ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites and the warehouse

Working Conditions

This role will require you to work in a field environment, with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature extremes. You will be expected to stand, walk, and climb ladders extensively, and to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
