Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning and janitorial tasks alongside limited grounds upkeep.
  • Notify management of significant repair needs or safety issues.
  • Assist staff in acquiring safety gear and supplies, including gloves, goggles, lockers, and uniforms.
  • Oversee new and renewal training for forklift operation.
  • Supervise evening janitorial staff, including task assignments, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Procure all janitorial and essential safety supplies.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees and external vendors.
  • Ensure the use of safety equipment and personal protective gear at all times.
  • Adhere to work instructions, procedures, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to walk, push, reach overhead, and bend down.
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force regularly.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive movements over prolonged periods.
