Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our campus-based programs, providing individualized and group therapeutic recreation services.

This role involves working with program staff to organize and facilitate intramural, recreational, and leisure time activities for youth.

A $15-$20 per hour salary is offered for this internship opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Mandatory 40-hour orientation and training session at the beginning of the internship
  • Business Casual or Clinical Attire
  • An established contract with an academic institution
  • A minimum 100-hour commitment unless stated otherwise in the contract
  • Satisfactory completion of goals outlined by university affiliates and the assigned site supervisor
Required Qualifications
  • Current students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Enrollment and good academic standing with an accredited academic institution at the time of the internship
