Location: Skokie, IL - Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm

Job Summary:
The Credentialing Specialist Lead provides training, coaching, and support to the credentialing team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the credentialing process, while also providing guidance and oversight to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training and coaching to credentialing team members
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of credentialing process
• Provide guidance and oversight to team members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless credentialing process

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in credentialing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of credentialing processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
