Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to make a real impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Function as a resource person for staff members, providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Represent the organization positively within the community and participate in company-supported events and in-services.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, managing labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
  • Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • BSN required.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
  • ACLS Certification (American Heart Association) required within 6 months of hire.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
