• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless event execution.
• Set up meeting rooms to precise specifications, requiring physical activity and attention to detail.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with essentials, maintaining a clean and presentable environment.
• Break down meeting rooms after events, returning equipment to storage for efficient reuse.
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of various equipment and setup styles used in meeting rooms.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 100 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
