Position: Cloud Solutions Architect

Experience Required: 15 to 20 years

Location: Remote

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AWS, with knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Insurance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions and oversee the design and architecture for key initiatives, including cloud integration and enterprise solutions, collaborating with various business and technology teams as needed.
  • Analyze business contexts to propose solutions for organizational challenges, defining the vision and requirements while recommending and selecting the most effective options.
  • Articulate the architecture to stakeholders and work in conjunction with existing domain architects to formalize and adopt IT standards and procedures.
  • Ensure the validation and future-proofing of solution designs, engaging with software vendors, internal service providers, application business analysts, and developers.
  • Prepare, conduct, and assess proof of concept integration solutions based on business use cases, quantifying business value and communicating the value proposition to application teams and senior management.
  • Document and illustrate current and future state integration processes across business applications.
  • Maintain an inventory of Systems Integration repositories across segments to encourage reusability.
  • Initiate group and individual meetings with application owners and enterprise architects to gain a clear understanding of integration needs based on business drivers and application roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with peer IT solutions architects to develop both short-term and long-term plans, reviewing these plans with senior IT leadership and other organizational management.
  • Research and track technology trends and methodologies to streamline and expedite the delivery of information systems and integration services.
  • Participate in the complete project delivery cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Enhance integration monitoring and alert capabilities.

Compensation Range: $170,000 to $200,000.

Additionally, a performance-based bonus is available, contingent on the achievement of targets set for the role and the organization.

The displayed salary range represents the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations. Individual pay within this range is determined by factors such as work location, job level, and relevant skills, experience, and education.
