Your Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging in comprehensive life cycle implementations, encompassing planning, design, and build phases.

- Conducting training sessions to prepare end users for system deployment.
- Providing ongoing support post-production to ensure seamless operations.
- Participating in full life cycle implementations and assisting in identifying business requirements.

- Identifying opportunities to enhance usability and profitability within the information architecture.
- Meeting or exceeding targeted billing hours to ensure effective utilization.
- Supporting practice leadership in the development of proposals, budgets, and work plans.
- Participating in recruitment efforts for campus and experienced candidates.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment, servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
- Completion of at least 4 full life cycle implementations of Oracle solutions.
- Possession of an industry-recognized professional certification.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, key performance metrics, and reporting.
- Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle SCM modules, including Manufacturing, Distribution, and Procurement.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in conducting meetings and drafting technical documentation.
- Adept at collaborating with clients to analyze current processes and define future state processes aligned with business objectives.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, with expected travel up to 40%.
