The Abdominal Imaging division is poised for growth and is committed to excellence through innovation, research, and superior patient care. We are eager to welcome individuals who share our dedication to high-quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of impactful services, including CT (with dual energy), MRI (covering prostate, liver, and rectal imaging), image-guided interventions, ultrasound, and GI fluoroscopy, all conducted at Duke Hospital to enhance collaboration within the team and across specialties.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams focusing on hepatobiliary, pancreatic, colorectal, and endocrine/thyroid conditions.
- Collaborate closely with oncologic, urologic, and general surgical teams.
- Obtain a faculty appointment with the Duke School of Medicine at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level.
Qualifications:
- Board certification in radiology with fellowship training in abdominal imaging.
- A strong commitment to clinical service and the education of radiology residents and abdominal imaging fellows (52 residents and 8 fellows annually).
- Proven scholarly activity and a passion for academic medicine.
