About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 3rd Cook to join our kitchen team at ATCO Frontec. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Chef and 1st Cook in food preparation, sanitation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the 1st Cook in daily food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment and storage areas
  • Support the Chef and 1st Cook in menu planning and inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and colleagues
Requirements
  • Valid food safety certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
