We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Big Mike's BBQ Smokehouse Restaurants. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time, and accommodate special requests.
- Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
