Neuroscience Program Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuroscience Program Nurse Manager to lead our stroke and neuroscience program in multiple sites throughout metro Atlanta. This role will be responsible for the management, development, and quality of the neuroscience program, working collaboratively with CNS', Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop the neuroscience program, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient satisfaction and reduce readmissions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
- Current RN licensure and relevant experience in neuroscience nursing.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in program development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive quality improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
