Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols within the facility.
• Manage daily operations, including timecard reviews, payroll accuracy, and operator log analysis.
• Develop and maintain efficient production schedules to meet organizational objectives.
• Drive initiatives to control and minimize operating costs.
• Optimize production output and efficiency through data analysis and process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor a team of three Production Supervisors across three shifts.
• Oversee employee performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, disciplinary actions, career development, and succession planning.
• Forecast production outcomes and manage inventory levels on a daily basis.
• Maintain regular attendance in the plant and ensure all supervisors complete LPA's and train operators in Process Sheets.
• Attend Scrap and weekly operations meetings.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in factory operations or plant management, preferably in plastic injection molding.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in health and safety regulations and their application in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a natural ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering positive working relationships.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with standard productivity software.
• Strong problem-solving skills utilizing methodologies such as 5 Whys, 8-D, and Cause and Effect analysis.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
