We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Medamorph LLC. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical providers in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Room patients in a timely and accurate manner, following established procedures.
- Interact with and assist providers in completing patient interactions, ensuring patient satisfaction and dignity.
- Document all patient interactions in a timely and accurate manner, verifying completeness and accuracy.
- Send pre-certifications and schedule patients for appointments and/or procedures, coordinating with all relevant departments and organizations.
- Perform other tasks, projects, and assignments as requested by management.
- Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant Program, Certified Nursing Assistant Program, Emergency Medical Technician Program, or college graduate with a science major.
- Experience in a medical office preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with patients, medical providers, and other staff members.
- Intermediate computer skills, with experience in medical software (Intergy preferred).
This role is performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. The worker must have the ability to walk short distances and perform substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
