Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial development projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, supervising teams, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work meets project schedules.
  • Develop, document, and communicate work plans regarding changes made in the field.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents to anticipate potential problems before they arise.
  • Verify safety compliance with all trades and enforce quality control policies.
  • Lead contractor meetings, manage daily reports, and coordinate jobsite logistics.
Requirements
  • BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 7-10 years of experience on $15 million or larger commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent or similar role.
  • Excellent technical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera Scheduling, and CMIC.
  • OSHA 30 hour certified.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $103,400 - $142,200 per year, depending on education, experience, and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes health and welfare benefits, a generous profit-sharing/401k plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
