About the Role:

As a Lead Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for coordinating construction efforts on multiple projects in design and construction. This includes ensuring timely completion of project work, managing project teams, providing administrative oversight for all phases of work, and overseeing/inspecting the work of contractors. You will also communicate directly with clients and design teams, provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance, and oversee safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction efforts on multiple projects in design and construction.
  • Oversee project teams, including a minimum of 8 employees.
  • Ensure timely completion of project work, manage project schedules, and track Field Orders and Change Orders.
  • Communicate directly with clients and design teams, provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.
  • Oversee safety and security, monitor contractor's schedule in Primavera P6, and ensure compliance with project-specific construction management plans.

Benefits:

In addition, we provide a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Certifications & Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing multiple projects.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
  • A minimum of four (4) years' experience in a role of Senior Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
