Scope of WorkThe RN, under the American Nurses Association (ANA) scope of practice, utilizes the nursing process to provide professional nursing care. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and discharging patients. The RN works collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

- American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
