Clinical Trial Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Services Manager to join our team at Software Guidance and Assistance, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of outsourcing / external resourcing in support of Clinical Operations and Biometrics (COBM) functions and sub-functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the relationships with key suppliers and represent RMS at applicable levels within management teams /steering committees.
  • Develops overall RMS COBM outsourcing strategy across functions.
  • Works with COBM leaders to identify and fully document outsourcing needs.
  • Works with Procurement and COBM Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify and select suppliers.
  • Establishes, monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators for applicable suppliers.
  • Ensures complete and accurate supplier information / records are maintained across applicable systems (e.g., Simple-Buy, CTMS, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience relevant experience required in sponsor / vendor relationship experience within Diagnostics and/or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Clinical Trial Services
  • Vendor Management
  • Contracting: Master Services Agreement content and contract negotiations, Vendor Budgets, Key Performance Indicators for Clinical Trial Services, Project Management Software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance or industry related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business / Finance or industry related field
  • 4 years of experience of specific RFI, RFP, Contracting and/or Budget management experience
