As a Medical Director at BondVet, you'll play a crucial role in leading our medical operations and ensuring the highest standard of care for our furry friends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the medical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Mentor and develop Associate Veterinarians to become exceptional team members
  • Participate in performance improvement processes to maintain a high-performing team
  • Organize and conduct regular team meetings to foster a positive hospital culture
  • Act as a thought partner in developing new practice protocols and guidelines
  • Partner with the Clinic Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Participate in talent acquisition efforts to recruit top veterinary talent
  • Create and maintain the Clinic Doctor Schedule to balance hospital and team needs
Requirements:
  • Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
  • State licensure in good standing or eligibility for such licensure
  • DEA licensure and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certificate (if required)
  • 3-5+ years of clinical veterinary experience (preferred)
  • 1+ years of leadership experience (preferred)
