Job Title: Security Field Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Field Supervisor to join our team at Titan Security Group. As a Security Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounts and ensuring the highest level of security services.

Responsibilities:
  • Train team members in customer service and complete quality assurance and compliance procedures and documentation.
  • Monitor and coach staff, including attendance issues, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisal and documentation.
  • Support the Human Resources department and Senior Operations Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations.
  • Respond to escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to incidents, personnel activities, and account trends.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 3 years' experience as an Unarmed or Armed Security Officer or Security Supervisor, or related experience in a customer service industry, such as retail or hospitality.
  • Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), FOID card, and Driver's license in good standing, including state-accredited training requirements.
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal/MVR background check.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Bi-lingual considered a plus.
