  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing for components and materials.
  • Develop and sustain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and superior quality of goods.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for enhancement, subsequently formulating and executing strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications and testing outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and suppliers.
  • Strong grasp of procurement and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Minimum of 3 years in procurement.
  • At least 2 years in purchasing.
