Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Principal C# Service Designer to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role involves designing, implementing, and delivering reliable, high-quality embedded and desktop software for complex medical instruments that meet regulatory standards. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in designing and implementing C# .Net services to coordinate and control medical instrument activities like scheduling, inventory management, and error recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop robust embedded and desktop software for complex medical instruments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with chief architects to design and implement C# .Net services for medical instrument coordination and control.
  • Create, maintain, and review software project documents, including software development plans, configuration plans, and detailed design documents.
  • Participate in risk analysis and hazard analysis for software projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the software team and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development for complex instruments or devices, including motion control and fluidics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing C# .Net services for medical instrument activities.
  • Familiarity with revision control systems, issue tracking systems, and medical device regulatory guidance.
  • Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
