Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Job Summary:

Northside Hospital Gwinnett is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

* Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients for diagnostic purposes
* Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
* Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
* Current BLS and ARRT certification
* Proficiency in trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine exams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Schedule:

* 3pm-11:30pm

Holiday Expectations:

* Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
