Job Summary:This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a short stay setting with multiple FTE and shift options available. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a short stay setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Washington Registered Nurse License (if practicing in Washington)
- 1 year of nursing experience
