About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Short Stay Unit at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
